This hotel was awesome! i got a one-bedroom apartment and it felt so spacious. the staff were cute. Parking help was great. having a separate lounge area from the bedroom, especially after being in smaller spaces previously.

There was some noise in the morning. I heard banging at one point. the bathroom was okay, but i thought it could be cleaner with less mold.

the kitchen had a full range of facilities. it was very well equipped. the location was great. i was there for a concert and could easily walk to the arena.

the single beds were uncomfortable to sleep on. i got a stiff neck. when i asked for the room to be cleaned, no one came to help with the blocked toilet. there were no towels in the room either and i had to ask for these at reception.

the apartment size was excellent. it was well laid out and spotlessly clean. i also found the staff very helpful, cheery, and friendly..

i noticed blood stains on the sheet. there were also fluid stains on the toilet seat, it seemed like the room was not cared for when it was made. the floors were not cleaned, so i felt uncomfortable staying in the room with my children.
